Just wanted to pass on my thanks again for all your help with securing my loan. Settlement went through on the 27th of November without any real problems and I moved into the flat on the 29th.

In hindsight I would have to say that the entire process of buying for myself for the first time went really well and I managed to avoid a lot of the heartache and inconvenience that others seem to come across. Certainly in regard to arranging my loan, things could not have been easier for me and I have you to thank for that. Your patience and attention to detail with a novice/first time buyer was greatly appreciated.
