Training consists of:

  • A two-week intensive introduction to Mortgage Broking as the beginning of a year’s ongoing part time training. This exclusive course, conducted in our Melbourne office, not only provides advanced tuition in Mortgage Broking, it also covers business administration, marketing and all aspect of managing a small business.
  • Compliance in Mortgage Broking
  • In-depth training on how to generate loan quotes, assess a borrower’s eligibility for a loan and compare multiple loans using our advanced software.
  • In-depth training on how to manage the client relationship using our state-of-the-art ‘web enabled’ Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • In-depth training on our business model: The 15 Steps to Distinction.
  • Mastering sales skills and lead generation programs
  • Helping you fast track the acquisition of your necessary qualifications to operate as a Mortgage Broker (i.e. obtain the Certificate IV Financial Services (Mortgage Broking) and other MFAA minimum educational standards.  
  • Fast tracking your accreditation with our lender panel so you can start writing business on their behalf as soon as possible.


Mentoring program

You will be introduced to a qualified mentor who will assist you with your sales process. With the help of your mentor, you will be successfully providing your clients with mortgage solutions within a matter of weeks.

Support

The Citiwide Broker Support Unit is a unique and compelling proposition.

Staffed by experienced Loan Administrators, the Broker Support unit will track your loan from lodgement to settlement, freeing up your time for more productive tasks such as marketing and spending quality time in front of your customers.
